Qualifications

• Strong understanding of groundworks, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and tenders for civil engineering projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope and project risks.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
• Conduct site visits and assessments where required.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and supplier relationships.
• Support project teams with cost analysis and commercial guidance.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Ensure estimates meet commercial, technical, and compliance requirements.
