This Education provider is expanding its Work‑Based Learning provision and is now looking to bring on a passionate Trainer/Assessor to support its Civil Engineering apprentices. In this role, you’ll coach, assess and guide apprentices who are working toward their Civil Engineering qualifications. You will support learners in developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed in the Civil Engineering industry. You will have autonomy in planning your visits and training, supported by a team fully committed to learner success and industry excellence.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on Civil Engineering experience and hold a Level 3 qualification. Previous training or assessing experience is not required as the College will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.
