VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of infrastructure products for a Business Development Manager role across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The role focuses on driving product specification, building long-term technical relationships with contractors, consultants and utilities, and delivering growth through strategic field engagement with regular travel throughout NI & ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience in civil engineering—contracting, consultancy, design, utilities or local authorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with engineers and specifiers.
• Commercially curious with motivation to build a customer-facing career.
• Highly organized and able to manage territory and diary.

Aufgaben

• Drive product specification and commercial growth across NI and ROI.
• Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to engineers and specifiers.
• Interpret drawings and project documents to identify right product solutions.
• Manage a pipeline from early specification to order placement.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, utilities and public sector bodies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management.
