Job summary

Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is partnering with an established supplier in concrete, brickwork and civil engineering accessories to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager in Northern Ireland. This field-based role focuses on new business development, establishing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and driving supply agreements across Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales/business development experience within the construction sector.
• Established network of contacts across Northern Ireland's Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.
• Highly self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction contractors.
• Develop relationships with main contractors, procurement teams and project decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities across major commercial and civil engineering projects.
• Promote specialist concrete frame and brickwork accessory solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of projects and commercial opportunities.
