VanRath Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will own project delivery from order through completion, coordinating installation teams, contractors, materials and site activities to ensure on-time, quality outcomes.

You will lead and delegate with a hands-on approach, identifying issues early and driving projects forward with clear communications to customers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination or a delivery-focused role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, mechanical services, installation or related environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of allocated projects.
• Develop and maintain project delivery schedules.
• Coordinate installation teams, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Delegate work and set clear priorities for teams.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate site deliveries and installation dates.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are available to site teams.
• Identify delays early and take ownership to resolve them.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Ensure safety, timely completion and quality meet requirements.
