Job summary

Gripple is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You will own your territory, selling patented products to contractors, distributors and end-users, while delivering onsite training and presentations.

You’ll operate with autonomy, supported by a dynamic team, and travel about 80% of the time to build lasting partnerships and close deals in the commercial construction market.

Qualifications

• Proven success in prospecting and direct sales (MEP/construction experience a bonus).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel ~80%.
• Fluency in English.
• Based within Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly to contractors, distributors, and end-users.
• Deliver technical product presentations and onsite training.
• Manage territory with autonomy and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare sales reports.
