Qualifications

• Previous experience in civil engineering within housebuilding or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Proven track record of producing accurate and practical engineering designs.

Responsibilities

• Developing road and sewer designs with approving authorities.
• Preparing and coordinating detailed Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 designs.
• Delivering complete civil engineering packages across the division.
