Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for an exceptional medium multidisciplinary design consultancy in Hampshire. They are one of the leading civil design teams in the UK and have a wide project portfolio.

The civil engineering team are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3 / 4 years’ experience and are looking to grow their team. This Engineer will need be working on a mixture of Highway Road design, Bridges, Section 238, Flood alleviation, Pump Stations, Sustainable Drainage, Sewage network design, Pavements, Earthworks, Cut and Fill analysis. You will be working on pre planning and master planning projects from conceptual design through to construction phases of projects.

• Prepare project and client proposal
• AutoCAD and in particular Civil 3D and Microdrainage
• Highway and drainage section agreements (38, 278 and 104)
• Flood risk assessments and sustainable drainage systems
• Demonstrate the desire and drive to becoming Chartered which will be fully supported by the company.
• Understanding on DMBR
• Oversee and help the senior engineer with design
