Job Description Summary: Our Chief Controls Office (CCO) is a core part of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB). We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. BUSINESS UNIT: Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) – Chief Controls Office
LOCATION: London, Birmingham and Edinburgh
HOURS: Full Time – 35 hours per week
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites shown above.
The CIB Product Controls Testing Manager provides independent, objective testing of key business controls. You'll ensure that non-financial risks within CIB processes are effectively managed through robust design and operating effectiveness of controls. Testing will focus on priorities across the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving strategic initiatives and supporting growth objectives, including lending expansion in Europe and the US.
