A children's care organization is looking for a full-time Childrens Residential Care Worker in Longridge. The successful applicant will support young people in a nurturing environment, facilitating their socialisation and daily needs. Salary: £33,357.00 to £33,980 per annum. (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £12.60 to £12.95 per hour depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Our team supports them with all of their domestic needs and socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together.
