We are looking for an experienced Children's Support Worker to step up into a Team Leader role. Lead a team in our Blackpool home and make a real difference for young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.

Your Role

You will guide a team of care workers, providing day-to-day leadership and direct support to young people. You'll ensure a safe, nurturing, and compliant home environment.

Key Duties
  • Mentor your team and lead shifts.
  • Provide hands‑on care and safeguarding for young people.
  • Support daily living skills, from meals to independent living.
  • Lead activities and build positive relationships.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with Ofsted standards.
  • Work with teachers, healthcare pros, and your team.
You Must Have
  • A minimum of 18 months' experience in a children's home.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be working towards it).
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
  • A calm, empathetic, and reliable nature.
  • Flexibility for shifts and sleep‑in duties.
We Offer
  • Pay : £13.50 per hour.
