Overview
We are looking for Experienced Social Workers with a passion for making positive changes for the Children and Young People in Devon to join our Children Looked After (CLA) Team in North & Mid Devon - a team that's making a real difference, every single day.

When long-term care is needed, we work hard to deliver permanence from day one, our dedicated CLA team implement restorative practice and relational ways of working, to support children in building lifelong connections with their families and communities.
Responsibilities
- As an Experienced Social Worker within Children Looked After you will be supported by a stable, knowledgeable and experienced management team.
- Leading by example you will:
- Model high standards of professional working
- Handle a varied caseload with a focus on long-term positive change
- Deliver high-quality assessments that shape children's futures
- Work collaboratively across agencies to ensure the best outcomes
Qualifications
- A recognised social work qualification & SWE registration
- Completion of your ASYE
- Experience in multi-agency and court settings
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A deep understanding of children's social work legislation and theory
- A commitment to putting children at the heart of everything you do
