Pay: £13.90-£16.68 per hour (including holiday pay)

Your role

You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑toâ€‐day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship and support. You’ll:

• Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Encourage independence and daily routines
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Be a steady, caring presence - someone they can count on

What we're looking for
