A children's residential care provider in South Kesteven is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker. This full-time role involves leading shifts, supervising staff, and providing direct support to children and young people. Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and significant experience in the field. Role Overview: You will take on additional responsibility within the home, supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to children and young people. Alongside providing direct support, you will act as a role model for the team, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where each young person can thrive. This is a full‑time position (39 hours per week), involving a combination of long days, sleep‑ins, and weekend shifts. The initial 12 weeks will be worked via our agency, after which you will transition to a permanent role with our client.
