Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for transforming the lives of children?

Brook Street Social Care is working urgently with a valued client to recruit a Registered Manager (RM) for a children's residential service in Liverpool. This home supports children aged approximately 7-17 with emotional behavioural difficulties and work towards therapeutic care.

What We're Looking For
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People (CYP)
  • Proven experience managing children's residential homes
  • Must have a solid understanding and track record of working with children and young people who have come from a background of trauma
  • Confident leadership to guide the home, staff team and young people in care
Salary & Benefits
  • Base salary: 51,500 plus large joining fee and Ofsted bonuses
