Overview

We are seeking Agency Support Workers to assist on an ad-hoc basis at several local children’s homes. One of our clients is seeking a locum and temporary to permanent recruitment pathways for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and positive living environment for the young people.
  • Following correct safeguarding practices.
  • Providing personal, domestic and emotional support.
  • Engaging in fun activities within the community and within the home.
  • Promoting and developing positive relationships with the young people.
  • Work collaboratively with the core staff team to promote the well-being of young people.
  • Knowledge of OFSTED Children's Home regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 months UK based Social Care experience (Essential).
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Online update service (Preferred).
  • Full Driving Licence (Essential).
