The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of care proceedings and work closely with clients, colleagues and external agencies.

Key Duties
  • Running care-related cases from instruction to conclusion
  • Providing clear, empathetic client advice and updates
  • Advocacy at court hearings and key meetings
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members
  • Liaising with social services, guardians, and professionals
  • Time recording, billing, and ensuring regulatory compliance
