A leading law firm in Greater London is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee financial operations and support the growth of the firm. The role requires significant leadership experience in the legal sector and offers flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will work closely with directors, handling compliance, marketing, and HR. This position presents a unique opportunity for long-term career progression to director level. Location
Farringdon office (with potential for 1 day per week at home)
Hours :
21 hours per week (across 3 to 5 days between 9.30 to 5.30)

Salary
£60,000 to £65,000 (pro-rated)
dependant on experience.

We are looking for a Legal Practice Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our expanding firm.
The successful candidate will work closely with the firms Directors, have responsibilities for areas that include financial health, compliance, marketing and HR, and therefore play a leading role in the firms continuing growth.
The position is for ambitious candidates who already have significant leadership and operational management experience, ideally within the legal sector and who meet the person specification. Experience of legal practice, and in particular, legal aid is highly desirable.
The role presents an exciting opportunity for longer term career progression to director level for the right candidate.
