Location

Farringdon office (with potential for 1 day per week at home)

Hours :

21 hours per week (across 3 to 5 days between 9.30 to 5.30)

(We would consider requests to work more or less than the advertised number of hours)

Start date

As soon as possible.

Salary

£60,000 to £65,000 (pro-rated)

dependant on experience.

The Role

We are looking for a Legal Practice Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our expanding firm.

The successful candidate will work closely with the firms Directors, have responsibilities for areas that include financial health, compliance, marketing and HR, and therefore play a leading role in the firms continuing growth.

The position is for ambitious candidates who already have significant leadership and operational management experience, ideally within the legal sector and who meet the person specification. Experience of legal practice, and in particular, legal aid is highly desirable.

The role presents an exciting opportunity for longer term career progression to director level for the right candidate.

That includes flexible working days with core hours of 11am to 3pm; compressed hours of 14 days at 7.5 hours / 1 day off per 3 weeks (if desired); TOIL; and hybrid office / work from home.
