A rapidly growing global SaaS company is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO during a critical scale-up phase. This role includes strategic planning, aligning teams, and leading initiatives for operational improvements. Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in strategy or operations and experience in fast-growth tech environments. The position offers competitive compensation and a remote-first working culture with global colleagues.
Veremark is a fast-growing global people trust and compliance platform serving thousands of businesses across 180+ countries. We help organisations build trustworthy, compliant, and ethical workplaces through modern background screening, ongoing monitoring, and trust‑verification products.
We work with regulated industries, high‑growth companies, and global employers who rely on Veremark for consistent, efficient, and high‑quality compliance processes across borders.
As we expand internationally and launch new product lines, we're looking for a strategic, highly capable Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team during a pivotal scale‑up phase.
Eligibility: Only local candidates who do not require visa sponsorship will be considered for this role.
This is a rare chance to join a rapidly scaling global SaaS business at a moment of major growth. The Chief of Staff will act as the CEO’s strategic partner and operational anchor — driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the organisation.
You will help shape company priorities, support high‑impact initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure that the CEO’s focus, communication, and decision‑making are leveraged to maximum effect.
If you’re motivated by solving complex problems, leading cross‑functional programs, enabling fast execution, and working closely with a founder/CEO — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Translate the CEO’s priorities into clear company‑wide goals.
Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles across teams.
Ensure alignment between Product, Revenue, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
2. CEO Partnership
Act as a thought partner to the CEO — providing analysis, insight, and structured recommendations.
Prepare executive briefs, leadership updates, presentations, and internal communications.
Support preparation for board meetings, partnerships, and external engagements.
3. Cross‑Functional Leadership
Facilitate coordination across a global organisation with teams in multiple regions.
Identify operational bottlenecks and lead solutions that keep the business moving fast.
Establish effective meeting cadences, decision logs, and internal processes.
4. Project Leadership (Special Ops)
You’ll own and lead strategically important initiatives such as:
New product rollout coordination
GTM alignment projects
Operational improvements or automation initiatives
Cross‑department problem solving
Commercial or partnership special projects
M&A / Post Merger Integration work
5. Organisational & Culture Enablement
Help refine organisational structure as we scale.
Support talent initiatives, leadership development, and internal communication.
Act as a cultural ambassador and champion of high‑performance principles.
Experience
5–10 years in strategy, operations, management consulting, VC/PE portfolio operations, or fast‑growth tech companies.
Experience working closely with senior executives or founders.
Comfortable operating in high‑growth, fast‑paced, and globally distributed environments.
Strong Experience in data & financial analysis and corporate development highly attractive
Exposure to SaaS, compliance, HR tech, future‑of‑work, or enterprise technology is beneficial.
Skills & Traits
Highly structured thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Exceptional communicator — written, verbal, and executive presence.
Ability to prioritise ruthlessly, simplify complexity, and create clarity.
Comfortable owning large ambiguous problems and driving solutions end‑to‑end.
Low ego, high ownership, and naturally cross‑functional.
Thrives in remote‑first, multicultural teams.
