The Chief of Staff and Strategy is a strategic advisor and right-hand partner to the CEO and Executive team, bringing focus to the right priorities, driving alignment, and ensuring seamless execution in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment. The role blends strategic planning, operational rigour and cross‑functional leadership to help the business achieve its winning aspiration while growing efficiently and sustainably.
This high-trust, hands‑on position sits at the centre of company operations. Working closely with the CEO and extended leadership team, the Chief of Staff will translate strategic priorities into clear operational plans, monitor progress, surface risks and opportunities, and maintain organisational alignment and pace against VoCoVo’s goals.
They will act as a catalyst for improving internal processes, boosting productivity and performance, and championing cross‑functional collaboration through effective facilitation and influence.
Please note this is a hybrid position with approx 1‑2 days per week from our office/s in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and Shipton Under Wychwood, Oxfordshire.
Salary range: £105,000 – £130,000 base salary per year
