A progressive non-profit organization is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in managing high-priority projects. This remote role involves strategic project management, fundraising initiatives, and developing evaluations. Candidates should have strong project management and writing skills, with a passion for the organization's mission. The position is open to various experience levels.
The Chief of Staff would work closely with the CEO, Josh Rosenberg, to push ahead FRI’s highest priority projects. Ideally this would involve doing a mix of strategic, research, and project management-oriented work. Example tasks could include:
This role is new and relatively open-ended and we expect it to evolve over time. The Chief of Staff may end up spending relatively more time on organisational strategy, project management, fundraising, research, or other areas depending on fit.
We would not expect you to be responsible for managing Josh’s calendar, but we want to be up front that Forecasting Research Institute is a small organisation, and the Chief of Staff will be responsible for completing some relatively administrative tasks as a part of the role.
