Overview

The CNO is a member of the UKNNLs Executive Leadership Team, focused on ensuring that UKNNLs strategy, operations and business change activities do not adversely impact nuclear, information and conventional safety and security, as well as ensuring that Nuclear Safety and Security remains a core value for the business and underpins all that we do. The role reports regularly to the UKNNL Board and EHSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure that strategy, operations and change activities preserve and enhance safety and security across nuclear, information and conventional domains.
• Ensure Nuclear Safety and Security remains a core value that underpins all business activities.
• Report regularly to the UKNNL Board and EHSS on safety, security and related performance.
