Our stages in Stratford are thriving, with three shows in London, and recent and upcoming national and international tours, providing a strong foundation for our new mission and vision.
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a key role in shaping and leading significant transformation and growth. The CFO will capitalize on opportunities and address challenges to support our work locally, nationally, and internationally.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the CFO will oversee Finance, IT, and Estates functions during this exciting period of change. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of balancing artistic and commercial priorities in line with our charitable purpose. They should have leadership experience, a background in driving change, strong financial literacy with an accountancy qualification, and good commercial acumen. A collaborative approach, positive attitude towards change, and ability to work at pace are essential.
