Your remit will also include operational optimisation, capital management, and ensuring that the business is fully prepared for future investment or exit events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire high-performance, values-led teams

About You:

  • Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a private equity–backed business
  • Expertise in post-acquisition integration, operational scaling, and cultural transformation
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Skilled in pricing strategy, profitability improvement, and performance management
  • Demonstrated success in working closely with boards, investors, and senior leadership teams
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery

What’s on Offer:

  • A highly influential leadership role during a period of transformation and growth
