Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's overall strategy in alignment with Board‑approved goals and milestones.
• Fundraising: Lead equity financing activities, manage investor relations, and position the company for future funding rounds and value inflection points.
• External Partnerships: Drive strategic partnerships, licensing, and collaboration opportunities across development, manufacturing, and commercialization.
• Operational Management: Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing executive team; oversee R&D, regulatory, clinical, and commercial readiness.
• Board Engagement: Act as the primary interface with the Board, ensuring transparent communication, disciplined execution, and strong governance.
