Zakynthos, Greece | May – October 2026 | Seasonal Contract

Cook all summer in one of Greece’s most beautiful locations.

The Peligoni Club is a family‑run members’ club on the island of Zakynthos, home to four distinctive restaurants, pop‑ups, feasts, weddings and guest chef events. We’re now recruiting talented chefs at all levels to join our energetic kitchen brigade for Summer 2026.

Whether you’re leading a kitchen or running your own section, this is a fast‑paced, creative role in a truly unique setting.

The Roles

We’re hiring:

  • Head Chefs – Lead one of our restaurants, drive menus, manage teams and deliver standout food all season.
  • Sous Chefs – Support kitchen leadership, mentor junior chefs and keep service sharp and consistent.
  • Chef de Parties – Take ownership of your section, deliver quality dishes and thrive in busy service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen
  • Passion for great food and seasonal Mediterranean flavours
  • Calm, organised and efficient under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Available for the full season (May–October 2026)
  • EU passport required
