The Role: Chef Manager – Roman Court – Edenbridge
Rate of Pay: Competitive £12.25 Per hour
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week 5 days over 7 every other weekend – 7.30am to 3.30pm
Weeks per Year: 52

You will be the Chef Manager; and will be on hand to support both operationally and financially to ensure the smooth running on a day to day basis. You will be working within an Assisted Living environment where all the food is prepared with fresh ingredients daily.
You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a contract catering/catering environment. This is a great opportunity for a Chef to grow and potentially venture into a management role. You will be proactive and ‘hands on’ in your working style, an efficient team member; always building rapport with your team and your customers and hold fundamental ethics on always delivering excellent professional customer service.
We are looking for a real team player with excellent culinary skills; a strong knowledge in building GP margins/creating menus and costings as well as writing/working to a budget.
Experience in using online accounting/stock control software is also desirable.
This is a Chef Manager position with occasional events out of hours.
Safeguarding is of the utmost importance to Churchill, therefore you will be required to complete a full DBS Clearance.
