Location: Waltham on the Wolds

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £14.19 per hour, depending on experience plus free meal on shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and plate consistently delicious dishes that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
  • Support the Head Chef in running of the kitchen, ordering, stock taking and paperwork.
  • Keep your section prepped, organised, and full of energy, ready for every service.
  • Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation, every plate should tell a story.
  • Collaborate with your brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service across a variety of formats.
  • Stay curious - get involved in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and foodie curiosity to the table.
