Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef.
  • Sound understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

  • Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
