Please note: This role is contracted to 45.6 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the required standards and specifications, adhering to food safety procedures
  • Complying with all health & safety standards and food information regulations
  • Managing a section of the kitchen to meet standards
  • Training and directing kitchen staff and assistants
  • Properly storing and recovering food to minimize waste
  • Processing food orders and managing deliveries
  • Maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and work areas
  • Using machinery and equipment correctly
  • Performing other tasks to support food service
