Job Description:

The Chef De Partie is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards, managing their station, maintaining food quality, collaborating with the team, developing menu ideas, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen.

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety at all times.
  • Station Management: Oversee production at your station, keep your area stocked and clean.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards for presentation and taste.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and support colleagues.
  • Menu Development: Work with the head chef on new recipes and improvements.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and equipment in working order.
