Job description

Chef positions available at a good quality Japanese restaurant in the North East. We have a range of roles including demi chef de partie and chef de partie - 4 day weeks and good quality Japanese dishes. This is hot kitchen Japanese dishes. If you have a passion and some experience within Japanese cookery, we would like to have a chat.

The role

As a chef de partie, you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure your section is ready for service, you will prepare the meat or fish items for your section, prepare the rices and be ready for service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience

We are looking for a candidate at either a demi chef de partie, chef de partie or even a senior chef de partie level. You will have knowledge regarding Japanese cookery and a passion for this. You will have good knife skills.
