• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard.
• Catering for 40 covers during the week and up to 100 on weekends.
• Managing mise en place consistency and cleanliness.
• Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes.
• Guiding and supporting junior chefs in the kitchen.
