Qualifications

• Experience as Chef De Partie or in a senior kitchen role.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
• Strong hygiene and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Run a designated kitchen section with high daily standards.
• Prepare and cook fresh dishes following menu and Head Chef directions.
• Deliver quality, presentation and speed to exceed guest expectations.
• Support wider kitchen team during service.
• Manage section stock, portions and waste to protect gross profit.
• Maintain food hygiene, safety, cleanliness and personal presentation.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and kitchen documentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and uphold company standards with a positive attitude.
