Butcombe Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join the Butcombe Boutique Inns in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for running a designated section, cooking high-quality dishes, and supporting the team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Running a designated section of the kitchen for service.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu.
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and speed of service.
• Supporting wider kitchen team during service.
• Managing portion control, stock rotation and minimizing waste.
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety and personal presentation at all times.
• Supporting stock management, ordering and kitchen documentation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team and upholding company standards.
