Butcombe Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our vibrant kitchen teams across picturesque UK pubs and inns. You will run a designated section, prepare high-quality dishes, and uphold exacting standards under the Head Chef’s direction.

In this fast-paced role you’ll monitor portion control, stock, and waste, support the wider team during service, and ensure food hygiene and personal presentation remain top priority.

Qualifications

Experience running a designated kitchen section.
Ability to deliver high-quality dishes to menu and Head Chef direction.
Capable of maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Excellent teamwork and adaptability in busy service.

Responsibilities

Run a designated section of the kitchen during service.
Prepare and cook high-quality, freshly produced dishes.
Deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
Support the wider kitchen team during service.
Manage your section’s portion control, stock rotation and waste.
Maintain food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
Support stock management and kitchen documentation.
Collaborate with the team and uphold company standards.
