As Breakfast Chef de Partie, you’ll lead your section during the busiest part of the day, delivering a high-quality breakfast service with precision, pace, and consistency. From à la carte dishes to bakery support, you’ll ensure each plate meets our standards while keeping the kitchen organised and service flowing smoothly.

Who we are looking for:
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a senior commis or CDP role within a high-end or luxury kitchen
  • Strong understanding of breakfast cookery, including egg work, hot items, and basic pastry/bakery support
  • Good knowledge of production planning and kitchen hygiene
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work confidently in early-morning service with a focus on quality and consistency
