We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for the effective management of an allocated section within the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of dishes to Michelin‑level standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
What You Bring
Salary: £32,500
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £370 per month.
