A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the luxury five-star independent Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel, located in the historic wharfs of Canary Wharf, East London. We are seeking an exceptional Chef De Partie to join our culinary team.

  • Work alongside and support the existing kitchen team in evolving the menu and operation
  • Ensure all standards are met, following food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Demonstrate an interest in learning new techniques and ingredients
  • Show willingness to learn, develop, and enhance culinary skills
  • Be a motivated team player with strong character and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in an open kitchen, interacting with guests in a visible and engaging environment
  • This role operates on 5 days out of 7 rota, and flexibility is essential
