Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for organising, coordinating and delivering service for one or more sections within our fast-paced kitchens, while ensuring dishes meet our specifications.

You will lead by example, nurturing and developing junior team members and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and knife skills. Join us and contribute to a lively brigade, with opportunities to grow within a supportive hospitality

• Excellent knife skills required.
