Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will manage one or more sections in a fast-paced environment, delivering dishes to specification and maintaining high standards.

You will lead by example, nurture junior team members and ensure the brigade works as a cohesive unit. Excellent knife skills and a focus on cleanliness are essential to our service quality.

Qualifications

• Able to organise, co-ordinating and deliver service for one or more sections in fast, paced kitchens.
• Able to work with brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications.
• Lead by example, to nurture, lead and develop junior team members.
• Have excellent knife skills.
• Clean down kitchens to ensure spotless working environments!
