Job summary

Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will organise, coordinate and deliver service for one or more sections in our fast, paced kitchens, ensuring dishes meet our specifications and quality standards.

You will work closely with the brigade, lead by example, and help nurture and develop junior team members. Excellent knife skills and commitment to a clean, safe kitchen are essential.

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens.
