Café Rouge is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will be hands-on, preparing a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts and leading junior staff to ensure high standards. The role demands pace, teamwork, and strict attention to food safety and hygiene.
