Cafe Rouge is seeking a Sous Chef to lead hands-on kitchen operations, creating a wide range of starters through desserts, and guiding junior staff to plate dishes with care. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts
