Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will organise and coordinate service for one or more sections, work closely with the brigade to meet specifications, and lead by example to develop junior team members.

The role requires excellent knife skills, a commitment to cleanliness and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure in a busy restaurant setting.

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
