Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment, ideally as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head Chef during prep and service.
• Manage the cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Produce beautiful dishes using seasonal produce from the kitchen garden.

As Chef de Partie what you’ll be doing

• Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes
• Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with it’s delicious seasonal produce
• Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn
• Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too
