As a Chef with Byron, we’ll train you to have all the knowledge and skills needed to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. What will you be doing?

Led by your Head Chef, working with your team, you’ll help to create not only world‑class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positive atmosphere. We can teach you how build our delicious burgers and make the crispiest onion rings you’ve ever tasted. What we can’t teach you is to enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen and bringing a ‘can do’ attitude to work. Being a chef with Byron includes:

  • Keeping your area clean, tidy and safe
  • Knowing the menu inside out and ensuring every delicious plate goes out looking as it should
  • Preparing what you’ll need before a busy service
  • Taking Health and Safety seriously and ensuring you follow all company processes
