Job description

A Line Chef/ Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.

Responsibilities

• You will join the kitchen brigade.
• Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring the kitchen is clean and hazard free.
• Support the Chefs de Partie in preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve departmental targets.
