What you'll be doing...

As a Relief Chef, you will support a catering team and focus on financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget
  • Ensure effective communication, build relationships, and liaise with clients
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, and environmental policies

This role covers Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Bexhill-on-Sea, Maidstone, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, and Hampton.
