Chartered Valuation Surveyor - East London

All levels of experience considered – Senior, Associate Director, Director level – hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week depending on agreement and preferences). Basic salary between £50,000 - £80,000 plus car allowance, plus 28% bonus over agreed net target (figures agency approx.).

My client is a long-established Chartered Surveying practice located in North London. They are a specialist independent Valuation firm specializing in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate for loan security purposes.

They're looking for a Chartered Surveyor for their valuation department. Depending on the conversation and your personal preferences, there is also likely scope to get involved with their receivership department and property management department.

They're on the panels for the 5 major banks plus many challenger banks – no bridging finance work. 50% residential / 50% commercial. Hybrid working situation, 2-3 days in the office per week depending on preferences. Basic salary plus bonus over 3x salary calculated at approx. 28%.

All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments.
